Healthy Avacado Chocolate Mousse


Step 1

Fill a medium sized sauce pan halfway with water and heat to simmer, and place a metal or glass bowl on top containing the chocolate chips. Stir until melted.

Step 2

place melted chocolate and the rest of the ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend on a low-medium speed until fully combined

Step 3

Increase speed and blend until smooth and no avocado pieces remain

Step 4

Ready to serve or chill for firmer texture

  • 1/4 cup raw cacao powder
  • 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
  • 1/4 cup 70% dark chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup + more to taste
  • 1/2 cup salt
